Sara Stahnke  

HR Manager Sara Stahnke, with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work specializing in communication, team building and mental health, supports team composition, growth and internal training.

Through her current work in the recruiting sector, as well as in therapeutic support, Sara also brings the aspect of sustainability to the HR department.

Therefore, Sustainability is brought into the team lead by supporting people in terms of their strengths, weaknesses, and how they work. The open concept with flat hierarchies enables simple, fast communication channels and direct work based on trust.

Crisis management and onboarding processes have been implemented in sustainable processes within the project by Sara Stahnke in order to support each individual as efficiently and strongly as possible.
