As a PADI Territory Director, I am responsible for the business development of PADI dive schools in Europe and the Maldives. This aligns perfectly with my role at 3ship.cruises. In this unique project, I am in charge of the sports sector, ensuring that all activities offered on the flotillas are delivered professionally, safely, and to the highest satisfaction of our guests.
The objective is very clear: Offer the safest, most sustainable, and professional cruise experience for our guests while living in harmony with nature. The various sports coaches on the flotillas offer scuba diving, snorkelling, kiting, stand-up paddling, workouts, yoga, and many more activities.
It’s important to reflect on our ongoing commitments as Ocean Torchbearers to act for a sustainable ocean future. There is much to do as we work towards positive change and a better future through focused and united efforts. PADI, as the world leader in diving, is encouraging the community to adopt dive sites through Adopt the Blue, integrate PADI AWARE courses into their continuing education schedules, and host diver-citizen science events such as Dive Against Debris. 3ship.cruises will exclusively collaborate with qualified PADI Eco Centers.
